Refunds & Returns Policy
Eligibility for refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds on eligible items within 14 days of
the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact and attached.
Sale items and final clearance items are non-refundable unless they are defective are damaged.

Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us
within 7 days of receiving your order at info@unique-aura.com to
arrange replacement, exchange or refund.

Repackage your item (s)
Drop off your parcel at one of the many drop off locations, keep your proof of postage to help any future enquires
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund for the total
item (s) (excluding postage costs) will be issued to the original payment
method.
The current returns fee for all returns sent through the return’s
portal is £4.99, this will be deducted from the total value of your refund.
Refunds will be processed withing 7-10 business days and applied to
your original payment method.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return
shipping costs, including any customs or duties fees that may apply.
Please note that shipping fees and international duties/taxes are non-
refundable.
For exchanges, we will only replace items if they are defective, or the
wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us
info@unique-aura.com. Availability of exchange items may vary based on
stock levels.
Include a note with your order number and why you are returning and if
you would like a refund or exchange.
Please note we are only responsible for the item when it reaches the
returns address. Items lost in transit will not be treated as a return.
If we find the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable
condition, we reserve the right the right to refuse a refund on the item
and post it back to you.
